Returns & Refund
If you have received a defected or damaged item, our return policy lasts 7 days. After this period, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging.
Customized products and gifts are exempt from being refunded, they're only eligible for exchanges.
Once the defected/damaged item has been inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the amount will be released to the original method of payment within 30 days.
In case the refund is late or missing:
First, check the bank account again
Check with your credit card company
If you still haven't received the refund, contact us at email@example.com
Your items may be exchanged if they are damaged or defective. It must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.
